We provide quality legal services to clients throughout Fulton County and Northern Indiana. Our attorneys are profiled in the Attorney Profile section.

We also maintain a highly qualified staff of Legal Assistants. Karin L. Fowler, our office manager since 1996, has been with the firm since 1991. Kimberly L. Hunter has been with the firm since 1997 and is a registered paralegal with the Indiana State Bar Association. Hanna Dalyrmple the firm in 2018. 

History

Robert E. Peterson opened his law practice at 112½ East 8th Street, Rochester, Indiana on April 19, 1965. In 1972, Douglas B. Morton joined the firm as an associate, later forming the partnership Peterson & Morton, and offices were moved to 110 West 9th Street. The firm then added Richard L. Kehoe, as an associate. Mr. Kehoe left in 1976. Ted A. Waggoner came to work for Peterson & Morton on June 26, 1978, as an associate. Douglas B. Morton left the firm in December of 1978, after being elected Fulton Circuit Court Judge. The law firm of Peterson & Waggoner was formed January 1, 1981 and moved to 120 East 8th Street in January, 1984. The firm opened the current offices in January 2001 at 125 East Tenth Street, and changed the name of the firm to Peterson & Waggoner, LLP. T. Andrew Perkins joined the staff as an associate attorney in 2001 and became partner January 1, 2009. Rachel A. Arndt joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2009. The firm was re-named Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, LLP in 2011. In 2018, Rachel A. Arndt left the firm to become Fulton County Chief Deputy Prosecutor. Lauren Adley joined as an Associate Attorney in 2019.
