Andy Perkins

He is also a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.
Perkins practices municipal law, civil litigation, appellate law, probate administration and estate planning. Perkins is also a registered mediator.
Perkins has served on various local boards, including the Fulton County Community Foundation, the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce, the Fulton County Leadership Academy, the Fulton County Council on Aging, and the Fulton County United Way, where he served as President in 2008. Perkins is a member and a past President of the Rochester Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Peru Grace Brethren Church.
Perkins has served as an adjunct professor in Ivy Tech's Paralegal Studies Program, and has presented on legal topics of Appellate Law, and the future of on-line assets in one's Digital Estate.
